Fulton was the best realtor I've had by a long shot. I do not live in the area and was buying a home remotely. Fulton made it seem like I was there - virtual home tours, consistent communication, always available. He knows the market, and he knows how to assess a home's value and potential issues/concerns about a home. These are extremely important when I was not there to see a home in person. He also requested numerous documents from the seller to help me make an informed decision about my offer.
